how does a jet engine work

How much would it cost for a new starter and a new berring on the back driver's seat on my '72 Gran Torino?

I live in Minnesota, and I was wondering the approximate price for a new starter and a new berring on the back driver's seat on my 1972 Gran Torino?

There are no bearings in the seats, & the starter isn't a big job, maybe one hour shop time plus parts, so $100~150.
