The pulley on my compressor is grinding whether the the clutch is engaged or not, which should I replace or is there only one bearing?
1997 Saturn SL1 SOHC
The bearing is in the center of the pulley. These days it almost costs less to replace the whole compressor. Most places don't even sell the clutch by its self anymore. Besides, if the bearing is bad the compressor is probably not too far behind it.
