Can I clean the headlight covers on my car?

I have a '00 Dodge Neon and the headlight covers are very dirty and I was wondering how I can clean them. And I do not mean the outside of the covers, I mean the inside. Thank you! ^-^

They probably don't come apart. They are usually sealed to prevent water and dirt from getting in there.

It's possible yours are not sealed and can come apart, since they found a way to get dirty. Otherwise, the seals have deteriorated.
