how does a jet engine work

I have a 1993 Mazda Miata, the alternator belt broke, how would I loosen the flywheel belt to replace it?

There is a bolt under the alternator that tensions the belt, But first loosen the places where it pivots. If you go to the right side of the car and look under the alternator you should see it!
