I drive a 99 Jeep Wrangler - After a radiator replacement, the transmission slips until the vehicle warms up.?

I drained out some of the fluid and added some Lucas trans fix. WIth in a mile of driving every thing seems to be ok. Would something done during the radiator replacement cause these issues with the trans slipping? Wrong trans fluid - or dislodged dirt?

trans cooler located right behind radiator... possible they kinked a line when radiator was replaced
