Mercedes-Benz has issued a recall for the 2011 E-Class, GL-Class, M-Class and R-Class due to the leaking of fuel from the defective fuel filters. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Adminstration, the O-rings from these fuel filter may possibly not have been properly oiled to provide a good surface contact. As a result, it can cause fuel to leak when the fuel line is under high pressure.
